Holiday Activities

Prescot People Workshops

To celebrate Prescot Museum's finale exhibition you can come along to the museum and leave a piece of yourself behind – using textiles, make a ‘Prescot Person’ doll representing either yourself or someone associated with the museum to add to our legion of miniature museum-lovers. Either help yourself to the materials during our normal opening times, or take part in one of our drop-in led artist sessions on Saturday 22, Thursday 27, or Saturday 29 October.

The 'help yourself' materials will be available for the duration of the exhibition, so you can come along anytime from 4th Ocotber through to Spring 2012.

No need to book - just turn up between 10am-1pm & 2-4pm.

The Big Draw half term activities!

During the schoool half term it is 'The Big Draw' and you can get involved in activites reflecting Prescot's past and present. Come along any day between 22 - 29 October and paint your portrait or a local character on the 'wall of fame', doodle a futuristic town, scribble on a scroll and much more!

See our Visit page for opening times and where to find us.

Please note all children aged 8 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
