Family Friday – Cardboard Creations!

For Family Friday, why not take inspiration from the superb sculptures we had displayed in Prescot Museum and make something of your own from cardboard? You don’t have to go the whole hog and make a lifesize person though – maybe make a mask to start with!

William Shakespeare’s face, hair and clothes are made from a mixture of cardboard and brown paper, glued, scrunched and folded in different ways to create a range of textures and forms. Try it for yourself, don’t be scared to experiment!
